How can I increase Coolbits limits

I have TNT2 video and enabling coolbits allows me to have my core upto 160, how can i increase this limit to push my video card more.

I would prefer not to use any extra software to do it.
There are keys in the registry that should control it, I just need to know which keys and what to set them to.
