How can I improve EMBM in 3DMark2001?

It's probably no big deal, but why are my Environment Bump Mapping (EMBM) scores so low in 3DMark2001se? The best I can manage is 102 FPS with an overclocked Radeon 9700.

3DMark2001SE Project Compare.

Even my old Radeon 7500 did better w/EMBM. I think my driver set is fine because I get great scores in other catagories. I.e., 108.6 fps in Nature, which is a little above average for my config.

The thing is, I have the same hardware/driver set as people who are getting over 250 fps in EMBM.

I don't get it!
