How can I identify what chips are in my ram?

That is the RAM I bought. How can I find out what chips it uses? TCCD, or BH5, etc.

OCZ won't tell. But my money is on Micron G based on timings speed and name "EL" 's always seem to have micron.

Thanks. BTW this is here, because I hope to know what sort of overclock I can reach. I know anand uses the platinum rev 2 chips, and claims they are tccd. I wasn't sure about the regular platinum.

Actually according to the link you posted they use one of three chips.

Winbond CH-5
Samsung TCB3
Mosel Vitelic 5ns
