How can I get Windows XP to recognize my partition?

I had an old hard drive partitioned into three drives, with Windows XP installed on one of the partitions (C🙂. I upgraded the motherboard, processor, and video card in that computer, and reinstalled Windows XP on the C: partition, but now, when Windows boots up, it doesn't recognize the other partitions, just the C: partition on which XP is installed. The CMOS recognizes the true size of the hard drive, but not Win XP. How can I get Win XP to see the other partitions on the drive? Any help appreciated, thanks!

Rt click on MyComputer select Manage>Disk Management. See if the partitions show up there. If yes,
then rt click and assign a drive letter to them.
