How can I get Windows 98 for less than 80 bucks?

You may be able to get an OEM version but only bundled with a motherboard or hard drive....or steal it.

burn it....just burn the win98 folder from the cd to another cd....when u want to install windows, copy the win98 folder to the HD go in it and press install
 
The For Sale/Trade Forum has private members selling them cheap. Just do a "search" using the keyword "win98" (ONLY for that forum). You will have a lot of choice.
