how can i get red of my proxy that blocks even CNN news!!

See if you can access the Internet without it. My cable modem provider sets a proxy address up, but it turns out its only a caching proxy. Its not necessary, and it is supposed to speed things up (yeah, right!), and your case might be the same. Just remember the address so that if your connections don't work that you can set it up again.
