these res' never fit on the screen, reason i want to run 1024x768 is because some games only go that high
and CS;S has some major slow downs for me
i have a a64 3200, 6800gt, iiyama e431s tft monitor
i was palyin cs at 12x10 with 4xaa and 8xaf, it was having dips into 30's! no good....turned aa and af off.....same thing, so wanna try lower the res to get a overall more fluid frame rate
