How can I overburn using Nero and using 99 min CDRs? I try to overburn something to 750 MB but it just hangs on 3% and doesn't go further. I'm using a Plextor 12x10x32x. Thanks.

It's a limitation of the burner.

99min. CDR's are not manufactured to specification - therefore, not all CDRW drives will be able to write on those discs.

I use a 12x10x32x Plex and Nero (all versions since 5.5.230 and I am able to burn these 99 min CDrs up to about 810megs.

According to this site, Plextors are limited to 89min 59sec burns. I've never tried any this long so I can't comment on this.

In Nero, go to "File>preferences>expert features" and put a checkmark in the "Enable overburn.." box and set the time to 99min, 59 sec. This will allow you to overburn as much as possible.
