How can I gain weight w/o looking fat?

yah he mentioned that. i just left that out because it was already sait that protein helps build muscle mass.

I'm skinny myself.
I know you wanna bulk up and everything but you're going to have a hard time maintaining all that weight if you're metabolism isn't suited for a heavier frame.

I rather like the tone look. I do lighter reps with weights so the muscle doesn't gain mass but becomes more toned and fit.
Push-ups, sit-ups, jogging and then working on tone legs, back, chest and stomach (in that order) is important.

Don't just work on bench press and neglect your legs or your back. Most of your power will come from your legs.
If you develop your chest too fast, your back will start to cave-in and you could end up pinching a nerve in your chest.

Alternate sets and enjoy your new figure.

exercise ... go to the gym. play sports and dont just sit.

get up and walk around. also avoid sugary drinks
