How can I fix this monitor problem?

In Windows XP, I accidently set the display settings too high for the monitor/videocard and now all Windows does is flash light-blue and black.

I can boot into Safe Mode fine, but how can I change the normal settings?

That happened to me when I changed to a crappier monitor, so what I did was just reinstall the video drivers from safe mode.
 
Yeah, I just used that System Restore to last known good point and it worked. It uninstalled the video drivers though. Time to reinstall 🙂

<3 for nVidia though for making all their drivers easily downloadable. Finding a driver for a Voodoo3 3000 a few days ago took ~15 minutes. 🙁
