How can I find out more info on my video card?

Rage 128 Pro is pretty much exactly what it is, there isn't any other name for it. It's old and slow... You need an upgrade, I had one of those like 5 years ago.
 
Sisoft Sandra is a pretty good app for this sort of thing. I use it to find model numbers on boxes I upgrade for businesses all the time, because they never keep their information lol.

that's because halflife is almost as old as the video card! of course it would.
