this dumbarse, Derek J. Brady changed his address on his sallie mae account to goto my address. have no idea who the guy is. never met a Derek J. Brady before in my entire life. i'm guessing he's trying to avoid paying his loans back. weird since the loan date is 1/7/03 so he's probably still going to school.

well, i called sallie mae and they added a note to his account that he doesnt live here.

you should call sallie mae and get this straighted out. imo

Just send the stuff back to the post office and have them slap a return to sender thing on it. That way it'll be taken care of from that angle too... That's the way it's supposed to be handled even though it's a hassle.

yeah, did that. they added a note to his account about the fake address. i'm not worried or anything. different account and all. hmm. i do have his ssn. i guess i could find out quite a few things if i wanted to with some money.

probably should have done that in the first place. but i wanted to find out from Sallie Mae why it was being sent to my place. oh well, if i ever get another one, ill do a "return to sender" thing on it.
