How can I find Dresden Fab ID on 1G T-Bird

I know I've seen this posted but I'm hoping someone can come up with a link or something that would confirm a Dresden Fab. This is low priority and on the paranoid side of my problem but would be useful info. Also does anyone have a suggestion how I can bump the 1.75 core volts if I've got a useless mobo AZ11. The only method that I know of is to go to toms and change the L7 bridge based on his listing of bridge mods. I'm hoping the extra push will help get this cpu into windows [or vice versa]. Thanks
Cheers,
Joe

i don't think there's any sort of coded information on the chip other than the color of the core. the green core is aluminum and the blue core is copper (from the dresden fab plant).

If you really want one that's from Dresden, try going to a computer convention and you can look at them and pick the one you want... Comdex is this next week! weeeee!

im not familiar with that board so, no. hopefully someone can help you out. i searched on some tech sites and i couldn't turn anything up on an id on the chip itself for the dresden thing, but everyone identified it by the color. i don't know if this means i just didn't find it or it means taht you are remembering it wrong. good luck.
