Every now and then I'm linked to hilarious videos either from ATOT or a friend, and I'd like to have these videos in a stand-alone video to put on my computer. I currently use IE7, and I think I've heard of an extension for FF, but I've never ventured into the world of FF and extensions.

Thanks for any help doing this.
 
Save the .swf. Extract the .flv from that. Convert the .flv to something useable like .avi.

Finding the proper tools, however, isn't going to be easy.
