He doesn't know his times tables yet, but he is supposed to figure out 1/2(bh)?

Ok, another thing you have not thought of - you only know the exterior measurements, you don't know the 'height' - you have to use the pythagorean theorm for that.

I like the bowling pins, I showed him that, and he was like OOOOO. . ..
