How can I enhance my Matrox Millenium G400 video card for video editing?

I have a Matrox Millenium G400 video card, which I hope to use to do video editing on my system. Someone suggested that I overclock it - does anyone know how I would go about doing that? Are there any other modifications I can do to enhance performance? Thx
