How can I enable 1/5 PCI on Epox's 8K7A+?

This board runs with AMD's 760 chipset, and I got the newest BIOS. I emailed Epox and all they said was that it automatically activates when 166 MHz is past. I set my FSB up to 190 (!) without realizing my PCI and AGP divisors remained the same - Needless to say, the system wasn't very stable, although it did make it into Windows. Is there some trick to this, or will I have to settle with 133 MHz FSB's?
