How can I edit a .vob file?

I want to cut a clip of a small .vob file and make an .avi file to email to someone.

I have the .vob and .ifo files and I have done plenty of decrypting but never done editing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use DVD2AVI and VirtualDub to make a DivX AVI out of it, good luck.
