I have:
- MSI GF3 Ti 200 64MB AGP video card
- ATI Radeon 7000 DDR 64MB PCI video card
- ATI TV Wonder TV Tuner card PCI
Windows XP and ATI MMC
Now with this setup I CAN drag the TV from one monitor to the other. Any other combination of Vid cards or stand alone tuner card (such as Hauppage WinTV) I don't know.
With ATI MMC and Windows XP the resulting TV tunning is less than stellar. It sucks big time. (I hear that the picture quality is great with Win 98SE though). Something about ATI software cause if I use other TV tunning software like Power VCR II or Intervideo WinDVR the picture quality vastly improves....BUT with those third party software tuner software, I cannot drag the TV to my secondary monitor (at least I have not been able to do it yet).
Any Ideas?
