How can I do this on my website?

I have a website built on the DotNetNuke framework. I'd like to have a page with a drop-down list of items, and then a button that will run an Access report with a parameter specified by the drop-down selection and have the resulting report show up as a .pdf in a new window or tab. Is this possible? Thanks.
