How can I do this? (batch e-mail related question)

Outlook isn't one of my stronger points, so I'm hoping somebody can help me here. My mother's boss gave her the following assignment (she works in the Residential Life office of a local college):

Send an e-mail to each person on each floor of the dorms containing a list of the e-mail addresses for all the other people on their floor. Simple enough to do, in and of itself, but here's the hard part: The PHB ;) only wants 1 person's name to appear in the To: line. For instance, if I open *my* e-mail, my name should be the only one that appears in the To: line. If another student opens theirs, only their name should appear in the To: line - even though the e-mail may have gone to dozens of other students. Make sense?

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

That would work if the PHB is ok with the recipient's name not appearing in the to line at all, and I can't see why he would object to that.

The PHB has no clue what she's asking, or how the program works. The way I put it in the OP is the way she wants it to be, as far as I know.

I'd say just BCC it and don't worry about it. Don't point out that it didn't quite turn out exactly as she wanted and all will be good.
