How can I determine which codecs I have installed?

Is there anyway I can determine which codecs (and their versions?) I have installed on my PC?

Yes, multimedia codecs (video in particular).

I am running WinNT on one machine and Win98SE on the other.

oh man win98 is along time ago, i think this is it (from memoery)

goto control panel , there should be multimeda or an audio/video icon click on that and then the first screen should ask about prefered auidio devices etc, goto the alast tab and all the info should be there.
