How can I determine if this open port 4567 is a vulnerability?

I'm very new to networking, learning through various online tutorials.

Anyways, I did an online port scan on my IP, and found out that port 4567 is open.

Now in my googling/research I've found that this can possibly be a port used by ISP's to update router firmware (in my case it would be modem firmware, I have my own router). However I also found results that trojans/malware have been known to use this port as well.

So how can I figure which it is? Is there a test I can do, or something I can check?

When I tried logging into my regular IP, with that port number, through a Tor proxy, I was greeted with a popup wanting a username and password for "webadmin"?

Thanks

Malware and trojans can use almost any port really if that port is open, they would just have to make an outbound connection to their C&C servers through that port. I googled that port number, and it seems like there are security hazards that go along with that port being open. If I were you i'd close that port.
