How can I create three partitions on my MacBook?

I tried using Boot Camp to create a Windows partition, then I used the Windows installer to delete that partition and split it into a system NTFS partition and a FAT partition for file storage (so I can also access it from OS X). However, that didn't end up working (it wouldn't boot into Windows because a file was missing). I don't typically use Macs (got this one from work), and I don't know how to change partitions in OS X. Any ideas?

EDIT: I think I figured it out. I'll have to reinstall OS X again unfortunately...
