How can I cool my CPU/case down?

I have a P4 2.5 ghz that is constantly freezing. MBM says my CPU temp is 75 c and case temp is 70c. I am assuming this is the problem. How can i lower these temperatures?!?!

Your heatsink is probably installed wrong. Take it off, clean off the thermal compound, and reinstall the heatsink using AS5.
