How can I convert rmj to mp3?!!?

I have some rmj files and I need to convert them to mp3 some how. I have tried simply burning the .rmj files to a CD using realplayer's burning util, but windows perpetually says the disc is blank after the burn so I need to convert them somehow first...

Any ideas?
