How can i convert .MOV to .AVI or .MPG?

I'm pretty sure the RAD/Bing Video Tools can do this. It's available for free download, just do a search for it.
 
if you get the reg code for Quicktime to turn it into quicktime pro, I think it can go from Quicktime to AVI
