I have developed a software for my company. And it's being widely used illegally.How can I control to stop piracy of my software? I came across an open source project named Paragent. Any suggestions regarding this would be appreciated.

If anything about your intellectual property qualifies for patent or copyright protection, they're your first line of defense, but once you have them, they can be a costly bitch to enforce. Been there. Done that.

That said, without them, you don't have much to stand on in a legal battle.
