How can I control my bias lighting with my Harmony One remote?

So my bias lighting for my tv has a switch and it's kind of a pain to turn it on and off every time I want to use it. So...is there a cheap, easy solution to control it with my remote? Some kind of IR adapter? Although I'm sure it's not that simple.

I checked google/avs, and I'm kind of confused about what to do/if it's possible/the info was older or not complete.

Thanks a lot!

I plugged my Ideal-Lume bias light into the 'switched' outlet on my cable STB. I then have the STB mapped through my Harmony One to power on when any activity calls for using the TV .
