How can I contact a human at bestbuy.com

So I was out of town and i didn't know my dad had my X-Mas present delivered from bestbuy.com. UPS messed up...big time, my order was delivered to another house. YES ANOTHER HOUSE. How thats possible is beyond me. But I talked to UPS and I need bestbuy.com to start a tracer on the package.

I call the customer service number and is all automated, no chance for a human. Anyone can help? I'm about to give up!!!

Thats Wierd 😕 ... How do you know it was delivered to another house? If you have proof, just bring it along with your original invoice/email to a bestbuy store, or call a local store to ask what you should do.
 
If they're not really nice and will send me a new package, I just call up my cc and dispute it since I never got the products and then go buy stuff somewhere else.

But, thats just because I hate BB.
