You will need a couple of "Y" adapters to plug into the Power Source
and then into all 3 fans ..easy to find at most computer shops or online
stores ... or if you are handy and have a Molex Pin Crimp Tool you can
make your own ... any electronics parts store will have the Molex
Housings and Pins

Plugging multiple fans in to a single header on the motherboard, would probably not be the best of ideas, it could damage the motherboard. Plug the fans in to a molex connector on the power supply instead..

I agrree and should have mentioned it in my first response.
If the fans are 2 wire only with no speed sense leads, then
connecting them directly to the power supply on the correct
voltage is the preferred method of connecting multiple fans.
Most times the mobo will only provide power for the cpu fan

Actually if the current rating of your fans is low (0.2 Amp or less each), you could parallel two fans on one header. But if your fans have the speed sensor lead (usually yellow), you can only have one of those connected per header - if both fans are the same model then the speeds will be within a smidge of each other anyway.

Get a Zalman fan controller if you have a speed sensor on your fans.
