How can I completely Restore Internet Explorer?

Ive got many problems with my internet explorer. I use mozilla but I need to use IE for some apps to work. Basically what happens is that I cant see any frames, the text size is huge and im sure it has been stripped of vital components by all my ad aware/spybot/giant scanning. Is there something I can download or a way to restore IE to a fresh install?

Didnt do anything. Still the same problem.

did you set IE as default browser

It never prompted me to do so.

right click IE and set it up and retry
