How Can I completely remove Outlook 2007 from my PC?

I've had to reinstall Outlook 2007, but I noticed that the fresh install already contains my account information (e-mail address, POP3 information). I really wanted a clean install. How can I uninstall Outlook and remove all remnants of it on my computer? I deleted the Outlook folder under C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\appdata\local\microsoft\Outlook, but when I reinstalled Outlook everything was still there. This is extremely frustrating.:disgust:

Go to Control Panel / Mail / Show Profiles and delete your profile. You should be able to start from scratch.

Awesome, I couldn't figure out what was going on. I reinstalled, repaired, etc and nothing. This did the trick.

But my big issue is when I setup an email account in outlook on first run, it goes to an email account instead of the premade Person Folders at top.

Anyone let me know how I can get my email account into the personal folder account. The personal folder account just sits there empty. can't figure out why outlook doesn't use it by default, or give me an option in auto-setup email on first run.
