Ok, here is the dilema. I have a computer that is a server which hosts a dial-up connection that 5 other computers share. The problem is that I have to dial out to one provider to access a private website (http://browser is the path to get to it). I can't access that site from any other ISP. However we have to access other websites too and the private ISP doesn't let you browse any site except for that one. Is there any way I can dial out to both ISP's on the same computer, and when I type in [L=]http://browser[/L] it goes to the private ISP, and when I type in [L=]http://www.msn.com[/L] it uses EarthLink? The server is currently running Win98SE. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You can use multilink ONLY if you are dialing to the same person, and yes, it is in Windows 98.

The private website, does it have a DNS name (like www.yahoo.com), or do you have to type in its IP address to access it? If you have to just type in the IP address, you could create a static route with it (Check out the route command for DOS). All you would have to do is create a static entry for the Private website so that it will go out the connection to the Private ISP, you would then need to set your default gateway to the other ISP.

You may have a problem with DNS, if they are using a DNS name for the private website. Something you could experiment with, open control panel, then double click on "Network". In there you should see "TCP/IP" or "TCP/IP -> Dial Up Adapter". Click on that and hit properties. Then click on the "DNS Configuration". Click "Enable DNS" and then put in a false domain name and host name in the two boxes on top (THey aren't important, because only your computer will see those.... Just don't make them the name of an important website though, or stuff may not work). Now, when you add DNS servers, Add the IP address for the DNS server for the Private ISP, then add the one for the other ISP. You may need to experiment with which order these two are in (The server on top gets the DNS request first), but this MIGHT work.
