How can I clear/reset the Intel MBEx Password on a Dell Latitude 5590?

I have a Dell Latitude 5590
I know it is old but it is what I have at the moment.
Anyway I must have changed the default password of admin and I forgot what I put and I did not write it down because frankly I didn't think I would need it again LoL!
What do you know I do need it again as I want to disable all of the MBEx stuff as I really don't need it for personal use and I don't want it slowing the machine down anymore as this is not the fastest machine to begin with.
