How can i check the DRAM voltage?

i am having trouble finding a program that has the dram voltage in it. i want to check it in windows. i know what it should be but want to make sure that i am getting the right volts.

i have an A8N-sli dlx, and probe does not have it on there and i cant find it in cpu-z or everest.

Have you tried ClockGen NF4? I don't remember off the top of my head if that has it but I think it might.

i know ai booster has it, but is there a way to just use this as a monitoring program and not to overclock?
