How can I check if my DVD-RAM is still under warranty?

find your warranty card and your receipt that you filed away in your filing cabinet

call in tech support, give them your serial number, and they should be able to see.

I bought it off egay.......Would the manufacturer's warranty be void then?

I would contact the company's technical support. Don't mention where you bought it unless they ask.
