How can I change the Administrator password in Windows 2000 Pro?

I got a computer at work and it's no longer on a network. I just put in a new CDRW drive and it requires the administrator password to install. However, the new system at work has a brand new password which no one remembers the old one. Any way just to change the password so I can install the CDRW software?
