How can I change RAM timings?

I have a Gigabyte 8IEXP and can't find any options to change my RAM timings, sandra still reports the ram as 2.5-3-3. The ram is Kingston PC3000 HyperX. The only option i see in the BIOS is "top performance." Anyone know how to change it?
 
Don't you have to hit control + an F key in the bios on those mbrds to bring up the RAM timings menu?
Should say in the manual ,I seem to remember reading this in an Anandtech review of a Gigabyte mbrd
