How can I change my username?

Hey mods I would like to change my current username. What is the procedure for doing so? Thanks.

Best bet is to send a PM to AnandTech Moderator and they'll handle it for you.

you will probably have to give a viable explaination as to what prompted you to want to change it. Some people change it b/c they're in trouble with a mod or another member and want to hide. That's why.

For some reason my username was changed recently without my authorization. My old name was AnandTech Moderator, can anyone change it back?
