How can I cancel an Onvia order? URGENT!

I placed an order tonight for a Samsung 955DF monitor, which is on backorder until the fourth. I'm having second thoughts, and want to go with another monitor. Is the only way to cancel an order is thru a CSR? I couldn't find a cancel order option on the site, and a coupon I want to use supposedly expires tonight.

Call their 800 number. They are open 24/7. If the order already went thru to the distributer then they won't be able to cancel, but it's backordered so it looks like you're in luck.

Ain't my mailroom a b!tch; I left a note for them to refuse my order because I wanted to return it. It turns out they accepted it. I call Onvia and ask if I can return it, they said I need an RMA number and I would have to pay shipping. This sucks. I'll just reject the other order I placed for the Sony Monitor. Its probably better this way, as I am in deep doo doo already.
