I've got one link jumping to the anchor at the recommended PSUs table. Could you elaborate about the CSS containers?
 
Just simple boxes around the content to keep it organized. I see you have tables for your tabular data, so that's alright. As for the rest of the paragraphs, you, you could have it surrounded and slightly coloured to make it easier on the eyes.
 
maybe try and make it easier on the eyes. the black text on a white background is fine for some people, but it's not as appealing in such a webpage. how about adding some colors and formatting? maybe, as LoKe said, you some CSS to make it easier to handle. try aligning the text a lttle differently. maybe use some iframes to put a navigation system for the page as it is kind of long. maybe break it up to 2-3 pages and create a navigation system to handle that? it would add more functionability to you page. good luck.
