How can find suitable NIC driver card?

Hello my friends,
We have asus loptop and reinstall windows.
Now how to find suitable NIC driver for it?

Now i don't know , which driver must be install

Now i understand (back of loptop) the wireless NIC is Ralink, and download this driver from asus.com and uninstall previous driver and install it.
But i have the below error
Code 37: Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware
