How can change my auto finance company or refinance?

I currently paying my Honda Civic to Honda Finance and since the interest rate is high, I would like to get a refinanced to a lower APR or do I have to search for different finance company? please note that, I'm not leasing.

I have never done this before so I don't know how this works. Please help me on this. I really need to save money!

What are the good finance company to pay off car payment?

PS. Is most people pay off payments through auto brand finance company? ex) Honda finance, Ford Credit

All you have to do is contact banks (and your credit union, if you are a member of one) in your area and ask for their rates to refinance a car loan. They'll want to know how much you owe, how long of a loan you want, and some information about your car.

If you find a bank you want to refinance with, just ask them what you need to do. It won't be hard if you have good credit unless you owe more than the car is worth (or close to it).
