How can Canadian's contribute to the Jeremy fund?

Think the topic says it all...I feel like we've been left out! Everybody has been using pay pal it seems (don't think pay pal is available in Canada)...I'd prefer just to charge it to a credit card.

Yes. I also asked this several times but didn't get an answer. I'd rather charge a credit card too. Paypal doesn't work from Canada.
