How can an admin get away with this?

Why? I get infracted all the time for using profanity and "call outs" and here it's an Admin of all people breaking the damn rules!

You've never been infracted for a callout and your infractions for profanity are invariably for EXCESSIVE profanity, as in "Go **** yourself, ***** **** **** ******!" or "Hey buddy **** you fat **** ******!" And, as Rossman and KeithTalent both said, the post was made by a member, not an admin. THIS is an admin post.
