How can a Canadian become a US citizen?

One of my Sister's married a Canadian.

She has dual citizenship.

He applied for U.S. Citizenship

I sponsored/vouched for him.

He now has Dual Citizenship.

However, once every two years he has to have documented that he's spent more than one hour in the United States (to keep his Duality of Citizenship current or something like that). Anyway, one time he made a trip across the border, ate at a fast food joint - took a nap and then headed back into Canada and home, just to fulfill that requirement.

Whatever you do, do not call the immigration services there in Canada. They would confuse you and mislead you. Unlike the good folks up in here, LOL

to me it looks like we've failed you. you've obviously failed both the drug test and polygraph. now your only choice is to leave the country.
