I had the 83 SC.
Went on a trip down memory lane to go look up info on it and I saw somewhere that the 83's were supposed to have come with the 150MPH speedo

No wonder the guy sold it to me for so cheap.
 
It's a form of mental illness. I suffer from it. It starts with "I wonder how fast this car/bike/truck/shopping cart can go over that road/corner/track/parking lot?"
