George W. Cassady died in 1886 and Josephine S. Cassady in 1920. Loango is about 120 miles northeast of Mobile. The Cassadys are among 50 to 75 people buried in the cemetery, said Pete Lowe, chairman of the church's cemetery committee.
Lowe said the Cassadys' descendants moved west in a wagon, which broke down when it reached Hope, Ark.
