Can't see the other side of his car, so who knows maybe the driver next to him parked bad forcing him to park poorly.

Yup. Happens at my work all the time because the stupid parking garage decided to make all of the stalls "Compact".

Also this has nothing on European parking (from what I experienced in Paris and Rome).

I have thought about printing up a card that I could leave on the windshield in such situations...

"Dear asshat, lets play a game. It is called find the X. Since you don't know how to park I keyed a small X into your paint. Now, see if you can find it. Don't worry, I made it easy for you."

I wouldn't bother keying the car, but it would be nice to give the driver pause.

I have a friend who printed out about 20 of these on card stock, it was pretty funny seeing them.

I have 2 cars. I take my 1993 subaru impreza to work to be able to squeeze into any available spots. I will purposely squeeze in next to those douches who park on the line to get an empty "safe" spot next to them. That, or just being incompetent parker. I'll exit my vehicle through my hatch if I have to.

Lulz people at my work must be doing that they park so close sometimes.

Its just that some workers are also on the big side so I just can't imagine what that looks like in practice.

How clever would he appear after he returns to discover the Ford driver sucked at backing out and scratched his car. Why would anyone want to park in tight spots on purpose?

Obvious suburbanite is obvious lol.

what kind of car do you drive? The one next to you looks like a corolla.

IF you are parking outside, print out a message on an 8.5x11. When you put it on his windshield, throw some bottled water on it so it dries in the sun glued to his windshield right in front of the driver's seat.

Non-destructive, but it sure leaves an impression.

A car is just a tool to me, and I treat it the same way I treat all my tools. IOW, my door would be pressed against the side of that car, while I got myself inside with as much comfort to me as possible. Scratches and dings? I don't care about those. Hopefully the non-parking dipshit feels the same way, or they'll be upset :^D

This is where my knife comes in handy and the asshole has to buy four new tires. I've done this before

To even think like that makes you the bigger asshole. Inconsiderate parking is one thing; criminal property damage is quite another.

I would be more worried about the fact that there's probably a bear up there.

When I worked at the hospital the parking there was so scarce that we HAD to park that close or there was not enough parking for everyone. The assholes were the ones that left more than a foot. :p They were too cheap to pave the parking lot so there were no lines, it was just gravel.

Touche.

I'd still rather drive around and park 5 blocks away than park in a tight spot because I cherish my car's appearance. And I have (I go to the city at least once a month).

If I lived in the city and had to find parking everyday, I wouldn't buy a brand new car to care for.

Well the obvious answer to let the air out of the tires on the driver's side so it will lean away from you car and you can get a little more room.

Agreed, you are that big of an asshole.

I also will pretend im leaving in a crowded parking lot and then just go back into whatever to piss off people follow you around to a close space instead of just parking 20 feet further away. :colbert:

hi
I am that big of an asshole. I will gladly admit that. I park next to people who go out of their way to park away from people just to piss them off (however I leave you room to get in) I just park there normally - I cant see your pic

That's just stupid. Nothing to do with being an asshole.

Honestly the best thing is to just keep some ridiculous bumper stickers around. No permanent damage, but definitely a pain to take off.

no clue... the parking lot was dark (flash photography aside), so I didn't even notice it in-person until looking at the picture... doesn't seem to be coming from my car, though.
